Martina Wang






Martina first discovered yoga at the age of 17, and from that moment it became a lifelong passion. Her journey took her through many styles, but it was in Birmingham, UK in 2009 that she found Power Yoga—the practice that transformed her life, strengthening not only her body but also her mind and spirit. What began as curiosity grew into daily devotion, guiding her toward deeper self-awareness and resilience.
Her passion for yoga has taken her across the UK, India, and the US, where she completed comprehensive teacher training (E-RYT200, RPTY, RCYT). She later advanced to earn her RYT500 certification and completed Myofascial Integrated Alignment (MIA) sequencing training with Dylan Werner in Germany. In addition, she is a certified Prenatal Yoga teacher, guiding women through the transformative journey of pregnancy with mindful movement and breathwork. She also brings her warmth and creativity to children’s yoga, nurturing body awareness, focus, and joy through playful, age-appropriate practices.
With every class she teaches, her intention is to inspire students to discover their own strength, connect with their breath, and embrace the powerful transformation yoga can bring. She believes yoga is a deeply personal gift—an ever-evolving journey of growth, balance, and self-discovery.
